Launched in 2005, our long-term client Alphadyne Asset Management is an alternative investment management firm with investors including pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, investment consultants and sovereign wealth funds.

Principle One has been working with this client since 2018 in Hong Kong, providing full range technology managed services including collocation support, backfill engineers, technology advisory and system upgrade.

In 2020, Principle One was engaged by the client to design and build the Audiovisual, IT and Security Systems for their new Singapore office. After successful delivery of the new office, our consultants held several in-depth discussions with client’s local team and their global IT team in US to fully understand the operations and needs of their new Singapore office. Through active listening and engagement, our team gained key insights into the local team’s workflows, concerns and objectives.

With careful evaluation, we tailored a service package for client’s Singapore office that aligns with their unique requirements. Recognizing that a one-size-fits-all model is not the best approach, we customized our offering based on the specific dynamics, priorities and circumstances in Singapore. This bespoke solution differs from the current service model we provide to client’s Hong Kong team, reflecting the different market environments and needs between the two Asian hubs.
