Kinwick Centre Revitalisation

Illuminating The Heart of Soho, Hong Kong.

Principle One was tasked with refurbishing the Kinwick Centre Lobby, located at Hong Kong Central, to establish a fresh look in the neighborhood, from the perspective of creating an identifiable destination at the heart of Soho by integrated technology, architectural design and content creation.
 
Passengers from Tai Kwun, Central escalator or Hollywood Road are naturally guided towards Kinwick Centre’s contemporary lobby by the eye-catching double-sided LED column – with photodetectors deployed to reduce light pollution, enhance energy saving; and at the same time, providing consistent visual quality in response to different time during a day or under different weather conditions.

A seamless collaboration with lead consultant One Space, who contributed to this extraordinary outcome.
