Initially engaged to manage UBS’s brand-new audiovisual facilities in Hong Kong’s IFC 2 during 2004, Principle One has since then played an increasing role across the region in the management of UBS’s audiovisual facilities ever since.
Principle One closely engages with UBS management to deliver a consistent but flexible set of services that grows and adapts to their changing business requirements.
The Audiovisual Support Team oversee more than 500 videoconferences each week – this includes establishing and testing videoconferences prior to their start, monitoring their progress and troubleshooting any issues that occur with post videoconference follow-up.
We currently provide on-site support through two teams, one, the Audiovisual Support Team providing hands-on support and management of videoconferences and events in Hong Kong, the other, the Videoconferencing Booking Team managing the reservation and assignment of videoconferencing facilities across the Asia Pacific region.
