University of Wollongong: New Kowloon Campus

Established in 1988, UOWGE owns and operates the University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD), UOW College Australia (UOWC), UOW Malaysia and UOW College Hong Kong (UOWCHK).

College Hong Kong (“UOWCHK”), formerly Community College of City University (“CCCU”), has over 35 years of experience in providing quality tertiary education in Hong Kong. Since July 2015, the College has been in a formal alliance with the University of Wollongong (UOW), Australia, through which their students’ horizons and learning experiences have been widened and enriched via visits by UOW academics or exchange programmes to UOW.

Principle One was pleased to be appointed by UOWCHK to deliver IT Consultancy and Technology Project Management Services for their new campus in Hong Kong, situated at Le Billionaire and The Billionaire Royals in Kowloon City.

Our services covered the 40,000 square feet new campus with following scope:

• Concept, schematic and detailed design
• Provide professional management services and coordination with UOWCHK IT department
• Develop full IT Bill of Materials and tender documents
• Recommend IT system supply vendor for pre-qualification
• Formulate tender evaluation scheme and score card
• Programme and change management
• Construction and post-handover management
